    If you require support with something that isn't answered in the Troubleshooting Guide, please use the new Cronus Support Center for fast help - don't send emails.

    If you would like free access to the private Cronus Zen Support Community, register your device with Zen Studio.

    If you have found an error with a GamePack, please post a bug report to its support section of the Zen GamePack forums

    If you have found a confirmed fault, do not panic. If it's a hardware fault, simply return it to your point of purchase for a new replacement, or if it's a software fault, our development team will take care of it once a bug report has been provided (instructions on how to post bug reports are given in every support category of the Cronus Zen Support Community).
