Emulator Output Protocol

Cronus Zen supports all six major output protocols: PS4, XBOX ONE, NINTENDO SWITCH, PS3, XBOX 360 and PC/Mobile. Use the drop down menu to select the corresponding protocol to the console system you are using.

If you are having trouble getting your controller to work on a PC, try settings the Output Protocol manually to Xbox One or Xbox 360.

For the most part you will only need to have Auto selected. This will usually detect which console you are using and will also emulate the output to match the controller if you are connected to a PC.

The 'Mirror' reflects the source controller connected to Zen's A1 USB Port. Any controller that is then connected to A2, A3 or Bluetooth will appear to the console whatever the mirror is reporting. This is how we're able to connect a PS4 controller to an Xbox One. An Xbox One controller is connected to A1, so the Mirror always reflects the Xbox One controller, even though you are gaming with a PS4 controller. Magic sauce!
